Roles and Responsibilities

Full lifecycle application development
Designing, coding and debugging applications
Strong in Core Java, JSP / Servlets (preferably with Oracle certification).
Exposure in developing rich web apps (RIA) such as Cross-browser JavaScript library, RUI, J Query, AJAX and JavaScript.
Good exposure on Oracle (SQL and PL/SQL)
Knowledge in XML & middle ware JMS such as IBM MQ
Exposure to Linux OS
Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
Test new Windows and Web software applications
Ability to handle multiple and simultaneous activities and priorities
Ability to work across organizational units and to drive continuous process improvement
Strong interpersonal/influence skills, proactive leadership skills and analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Integrate software with existing systems, Maintain standards compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to work, collaborate and coordinate between technical and non-technical people within the company and with clients.

Preferred Japanese language certified with level 2.

Should be able to use Japanese (read/write/talk) since the resource needs to conduct test with other Japanese members or make the basic design documents in Japanese (and translate to English)

Client facing experience is strongly desired.
Good management and analytical skills.
Strong ability in communicating with Project Development Team and prioritizing workload.
Highly Motivated, Detail Oriented, has ability to work independently & as a part of team with Excellent Technical, Analytical, Leadership & Communication skills.
