Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Must understand the technical details & identify the do able & not doable quickly
Customizing Objects (Forms, Classes, Data Dictionary and Reports etc.)
Customize and optimize CRM SQL Server database applications in support of business functions
Must understand the functionality of Microsoft CRM Modules.
Actively involved in the integration projects between Microsoft Dynamic CRM and third party products
Accountable for quality delivery
Prepare technical design document
Prepare installation/ configuration document
Provide front-end Dynamics CRM development capabilities
Assist with unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing prior to production deployment

Required Skills/Capabilities:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
2+ years NAV Finance implementation experience
Should have MS Dynamics CRM experience, particularly implementing on Dynamics 365 Online that has included the following: Design, development, entity model, security model, and Web services
Ability to perform the performance fine tuning in production environment
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Able to collaborate with team, have a strong desire to excel
Must be able to work independently as well as a team player
Able to work under tight deadlines
Extensive .NET Framework and C# development experience including experience with the CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
Familiarity with agile software delivery methodology
Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization using .Net technologies and Web API Server
Extensive JavaScript, HTML design, and development experience
Experience in writing complex SQL Queries using SQL Server
Knowledge of Azure will be added advantages
Knowledge Field service CRM model will be added advantages
Qualifications and Experience:
BE/MCA/BSc or equivalent Computer science degree
Extensive experience in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics.
Very good programming skills with a .NET language (C #, VB.NET). Knowledge of other object-oriented languages would be desirable.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies (SQL Server / Programming / Internet Technologies).
Good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, XML).
Advanced knowledge in OOA (Object-oriented analysis and design).
Ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to communicate effectively with development and business teams and external international clients.
Conceptual and analytical thinking and solution decision- making skills.
Demonstrated analytical skills with good understanding of information technology, business concepts and functions.
Strong demonstrable problem-solving abilities.
Team leader/player with strong organisational skills.
Proven ability to understand complex business requirements.
Ability to be proactive, finding solutions to problems and meeting deadlines. Good time management.
Great attention to detail when it comes to identifying improved workflows and solutions within software applications.
A passion for technology and developing best of breed products.
Willingness to share and explore with the team to keep ideas and information flowing for ever improving product development.
