Experience needed:
3 - 10 Years or above

Salary:
INR.3 - 10 Lakhs per annum (Depending on Exp.)

You must be:
- Passionate about IT consulting/ Resourcing IT candidates Resourcing for onsite projects ( US / UK / Europe / Middle East )
- You should be the specialist in selecting the right candidate CVs from the market / Social Media / Linked in / Naukri / Monster
- Should have Ultimate commitment in delivering the Candidate CVs/ Selecting the right candidates
- You should have knowledge and expert skills in any one / more of the following business verticals / Software Services and Products

- Banking and Financial / Capital Markets / Payment Systems (VISA/Amex/ MassterCard)
- Telecom
- ERP
- Healthcare
- Retail
- Media / IPTV / Embedded Systems
- Supply Chain / Logistics

- Java / Mulesoft

Key Responsibilities & duties:
- Smart logical way of thinking & apply smartness at work deliverables
- Best way of reaching the targets - in selecting/acquiring top talented people from the market
- Supporting HR functions
- Support in preparing / giving Naukri Job ads / calling candidates / selecting CVs
- Identification of potential employees, building a pipeline of talent pool to utilise over time.
- Screening of potential employees.
- Supporting interview and offer process.
- Support the design and development of HR Recruitment strategies to select the best talent pool of people
- Support in documenting market research activities in HR function
- Doing market research for specific IT related job roles
- Gathering market data by searching in internet

Technical Skills:
MS-Excel/Word/Power point

Should have knowledge of :
