Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
  • Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
  • Assisting with systems integrations
  • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
  • Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex product issues(application & web).
  • Ability to diagnose & address product issues
  • Supervise all alerts related to products and provide services proactively.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

  • 1+ years of relevant technical support experience.
  • Good understanding of tablet, smartphones and other tech products
  • Knowledge of App stores ecosystems is an added advantage.
  • Very good oral and written communication skills.
  • An outgoing personality who loves to talk to customers.
  • A self-starter who enjoys the fast pace of a start-up and going the extra mile to please customers
  • Strong grasp of mobile/tablet space (you should be an avid app downloader/user)
  • Fluency in foreign languages (apart from English) is a plus
  • Exposure to automation and languages like Javascript and HTML will be a plus.
